Adventure Quest Tours:

Adventure Quest Tours is the new name for our entire range of out outdoor adventure tours. Many of you are familiar with our original name of Sea Quest Expeditions. Sea Quest has been organizing and leading guided sea kayak tours for 20 years from our base in the San Juan Islands of Washington state.

Each summer Sea Quest Expeditions has offered kayaking trips to see the killer whales and other wildlife that thrive in Puget Sound and the Salish Sea. Our summer schedule has also included sea kayak tours to southeast Alaska to view humpback whales, icebergs and tidewater glaciers. During the winter months we follow the whales south to the Baja Peninsula of Mexico where we provide sea kayak vacations in the Sea of Cortez and Magdalena Bay. Next year we will be adding Patagonia Chile, the coral reef of Belize, and Palau to our winter menu of sea kayak adventures - so stay tuned!

Another type of specialty tour that we offer are guided natural history tours that travel either by land or boat. Several of our guides are reknowned natural history experts who have written a variety of books on topics ranging from whales to birds to plants. These experts are available to lead custom trips designed to showcase your particular area of interest. In recent years we have experienced a great deal of demand for custom birding tours in Washington led by some of the top birders and ornithologists in the state.

Very soon we will be adding a couple of completely new categories of outdoor adventure tours to our offerings here at Adventure Quest Tours. Our plans include bringing you opportunties to go on scuba diving vacations in the underwater realms of Alaska, Washington, Mexico, and even more exotic locations in the South Pacific. More future additons to our exiting range of outdoor adventures will be river rafting expeditions through the wilderness of the Arctic Circle, the mountains of Costa Rica, and South America.
